These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of cyberpunks.shop (the "Site") and the purchase of smart devices and related products from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Definitions

"We", "us", "our" — Pinout LTD.
"You", "Customer" — the person purchasing Products through the Site.
"Products" — smart devices, sensors, accessories, and related items listed for sale on the Site.
"Order" — your offer to purchase one or more Products.
"Contract" — the binding agreement between you and us, formed once we confirm your Order.

3. Products

3.1 We sell consumer smart devices, including air quality sensors (the Altruist line — Urban and Insight models) and other smart home devices added to the catalogue from time to time.

3.2 Product descriptions, specifications, photographs, and images are for general guidance. Minor variations between displayed images and the delivered Product may occur.

3.3 We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any Product without prior notice.

3.4 All Products are intended for consumer use. Use in life-critical, medical, or industrial-safety applications is not permitted unless explicitly stated in the Product documentation.

4. Orders and Pricing

4.1 All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

4.2 By submitting an Order, you make an offer to purchase the Products at the listed price. The Contract is formed only when we send you an Order confirmation email.

4.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or shipping restrictions to your location. If an Order is cancelled after payment, we will refund you in full.

4.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your Order is the one displayed at the time of submission.

5. Payment

5.1 We accept payments through Revolut, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Revolut Pay.

5.2 Payment must be received in full before Products are dispatched.

5.3 All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 We ship from Cyprus worldwide. Two shipping options are available at checkout:

FedEx Express — faster delivery with full tracking;
Cyprus Post — standard economy delivery.

6.2 Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

6.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

6.4 For international orders, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees in the destination country. These charges are your responsibility.

6.5 If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

7.1 If you are a consumer based in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the Products, without giving any reason.

7.2 To exercise this right, notify us in writing at r2d2@cyberpunks.shop before the 14-day period ends. A clear statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient.

7.3 You must return the Products in their original condition and packaging, at your own cost, within 14 days of notifying us.

7.4 We will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs, where the cheapest standard option was not selected) within 14 days of receiving the returned Products, using the original payment method.

7.5 The right of withdrawal does not apply to: Products that have been customized to your specifications, sealed software or firmware once unsealed, or other items excluded under applicable law.

8. Warranty

8.1 All Products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

8.2 The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

damage caused by misuse, accident, or negligence;
damage from unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly;
normal wear and tear;
damage caused by use outside specified environmental conditions;
consumable parts (batteries, filters, etc.) beyond their stated lifespan.

8.3 To make a warranty claim, contact us at r2d2@cyberpunks.shop with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

9. Returns and Refunds

9.1 Faulty Products may be returned for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law and the warranty terms above.

9.2 Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

9.3 Return shipping for faulty Products is at our cost. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns under Section 7 is at your cost.

10. Smart Device Functionality

10.1 Smart devices typically require Wi-Fi, mobile data, third-party applications, or cloud services to function fully.

10.2 We are not responsible for issues caused by:

your network or internet connectivity;
third-party platforms, apps, or cloud services we do not control;
incompatibility with devices, operating systems, or services not listed in the Product specifications.

10.3 You are responsible for keeping device firmware up to date and following the manufacturer's installation and use guidance.

10.4 Some Products may rely on services that depend on continued availability of third-party infrastructure. We will give reasonable notice if such services change materially, but cannot guarantee indefinite availability.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, trademarks, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

12.1 We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including GDPR.

12.2 By placing an Order, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the price paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

13.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government action, supply chain disruption, or carrier failures.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

15.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15.2 Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

15.3 EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date you submit an Order applies to that Order. Updated Terms are published on the Site with the revision date.
